WHAT WE LOVE ABOUT OUR HOME

4108 N Kenmore Ave 2N has been our ideal city condo since 2006. From dating to marriage with two kids, we have enjoyed all the perks of big city Chicago living while still enjoying quiet family time. The playground and dog park are just at the end of the block. We regularly frequent the delicious local restaurants. We love walking to Wrigley at Christmas for the holiday market. Easy access to the lakefront path makes morning walks to see the sun rising over the skyline a regular occurrence. The smart layout of this condo has seen us through 15 years of hosting guests, dinner parties, and grill-outs. We have had so many nice neighbors and enjoyed playdates and cookie exchanges over the years. We have especially enjoyed the newly renovated bathrooms – sparkling sanctuaries from our day-to-day lives. Though we must move as our children grow, we know 4108 N Kenmore Ave 2N will be a gem for the next owners to enjoy in Lake View. We lived 15 happy years here and will miss it.
